Owner is considering if the rental is at RM 1,500 per month nett.
Deposit must be collected at fixed:-
1. Fixed Deposit of 2 mths - RM 1,500 x 2 = RM 3,000
2. Utility Deposit of 1 mth - RM 1,500 x 1 = RM 1,500
3. Monthly Deposit as at RM 1,500 x 1 = RM 1,500
4. Tenancy Agreement Fees as at RM 150 per annum contract.
Owner shall provide 2 (two ) weeks FOC Renovation & Set up of Business.
