Up of about 70,000 sf. with ample parking spaces open / basement.

3) Freehold or Leasehold is  not a issue( provided remaining lease period should

above 50 years)

4) Easy accessibility to major Highways and Expressways .

5) Good amenities , will be added advantage.

Budget is not stated as the Prices will be negotiated amongst the parties

concerned by the respective Agent Negotiators in the amicably manner. We shall

strive for win win situation to meet the needs  and preferred of the prospect

and the seller .
