I got these listings that I would like to share with you guys…
1. Prime freehold land for sale in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng (near KLCC). Freehold
status. Has been divided to 9 lots but owner would like to sell all. Price
has been set at RM2,200 psf or equivalent to RM157 M. Owner give 2%
commission.
2. Hotel building in Jalan Bukit Bintang opposite Fahrenheit 88 and adjacent
to Pavillion Shopping Centre for sale. It’s a five storey building. Owner
just acquire the licence but wants to sell for personal reason. Status of
land Freehold. Publish price is RM25M. Owner willing to give up to RM3M
commission based on term and conditions negotiated once buyer is confirmed.
