• Y.Bhg. Prof.Datuk Dr. Nik Mohd Zain bin Nik Yusof, Chairman, MiLand Education Centre. He graduated with Honours from University of Malaya in 1969, obtained his Masters in Wisconsin, USA in 1979 and later gained a PhD in law from University of Kent. He previously held several key positions in both private and government bodies such as Director-General of Lands and Mines, Secretary General Ministry of Land and Cooperative Development and Federal Lands Commissioner of Malaysia. 

• Dr. Ainul Jaria Maidin, Director, Harun M. Hashim Law Centre of International Islamic University. She is specialised in thearea of Malaysian Real Property Law (Torrens System), Comparative Property Law, Town and Country Planning Law, Development and Governance, Building Construction Law and Procedures, Strata Titles Law and Procedure and Natural Resources Planning. 

• Professor Sr Dr. Ting Kien Hwa, Head of Centre for Real Estate Research (CORE), Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia.He is a registered valuer and registered estate agent since 1999 and is currently a Fellow Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has published than 60 articles in referred journals, international and local professional publications. 

• Mr. Teng Kam Wah, Advocate & Solicitor, Teng Kam Wah & Co. Mr. Teng graduated with bachelor's and master's degrees in law from the University of London.  He also holds a science degree from the University of Malaya where he was a Book Prize winner.  He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom.  He had taught law part-time at the University of Malaya.
